​Welcome to Umah Tara, a sacred home of healing, beauty and soulful awakening located in Jewells, the Greater Newcastle area of New South Wales, Australia. ​
UMAH in Balinese means home, house. Energetically, it symbolizes a sanctuary, a place of safety, healing, and belonging.
TARA is the guiding star and also a Goddess of compassion, wisdom, and protection. She is the sacred feminine principle of wisdom, compassion, and liberation. Energetically, Tara brings radiance, guidance, and the frequency of illumination.
Together, Umah Tara is The Home of Divine Guidance, Healing, and Beauty, a portal where people enter, shed their burdens, and reconnect with their divine essence.

Umah Tara was first born in Bali, a sacred sanctuary of beauty, healing and wellbeing. It was a place where seekers from around the world could come home to themselves, release what no longer served them, and awaken their inner radiance.​
When I relocated back to Australia in 2022, I created Dharma Bali to carry my Balinese lineage into a new land. Dharma Bali became a bridge, a space where ancestral wisdom met the needs of a new community.

Now, Dharma Bali is evolving back into Umah Tara embodies the union of my Balinese roots, divine feminine guidance, and universal light.

My Story
My name is Ni Nyoman Wiwiek Indri Astuti, though many know me simply as Bella Ni Nyoman.
Born in Bali into a Balinese High Priest lineage. For over 20 years I have walked the path of a healer, therapist, spa consultant, business owner and spiritual guide across Bali, Dubai, Thailand, and Australia. Umah Tara is my rebirth, a sanctuary that carries the wisdom of Bali into the world, created as a homecoming for you and for me.

Through Intuitive Balinese healing, Reiki, and Ancestral karmic healing, you are guided to empty what no longer serves, clearing emotional residue, energetic blockages, and karmic imprint.
